In a recent development, the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) invited Mr. Varsho-Saz, the Chairman of the Board of the Iranian Shipping and Related Services Association, to participate in the FIATA Board of Directors meeting to foster international interactions. Mr. Varsho-Saz accepted this invitation and traveled to Switzerland to attend the event.
During the meeting, Mr. Varsho-Saz, representing the Iranian Shipping and Related Services Association, delivered a comprehensive presentation to the FIATA Board members. He highlighted the association’s achievements, strategic programs, and future outlook, emphasizing its pivotal role in the shipping industry.
On the sidelines of the meeting, Mr. Varsho-Saz held a cordial meeting with Mr. Togut, the Secretary-General of FIATA. As a token of appreciation and respect for the strong ties between the two associations, Mr. Varsho-Saz presented Mr. Togut with a commemorative plaque and the Bayandar statuette. This gesture symbolized the mutual recognition and deepening of relations between the organizations.
In addition to attending the board meeting, Mr. Varsho-Saz also participated in the FIATA International Conference.
