Cooperation Memorandum Signed Between UAE and Iranian Shipping Associations

The Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI) recently hosted Majid Varshousaz, Chairman of the Board of the Iranian Shipping and Related Services Association, in a meeting.
According to a statement from the federation’s public relations office, Mr. Shankar Shinde, Chairman of FFFAI, warmly welcomed Mr. Majid Varshousaz.
The report noted that the meeting focused on strengthening mutual cooperation, sharing best business practices among members of India’s freight forwarding associations and the Iranian Shipping and Related Services Association, supporting exports and imports, enhancing maritime trade, and developing trade along the North-South Transport Corridor to build trust among logistics service providers.
According to the Indian federation, this collaboration will reinforce a new level of trust in relations between the two associations and benefit international trade. FFFAI looks forward to further engagement and the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Iranian Shipping and Related Services Association.
